1.3. “Service(s)” means the online dating and communication platform operated by the Company, including (but not limited to) creating profiles, browsing user profiles, sending messages, purchasing memberships, and sending virtual gifts. The Company may modify, add, or discontinue Services at any time.

1.4. “User” / “You” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Site and its Services.

1.5. “User Content” refers to any content (text, photos, videos, etc.) uploaded, posted, or transmitted by Users through the Site, excluding personal contact details such as email, phone numbers, or passwords.

1.6. “Dating Pro Network” (the “Network”) refers to the shared database and messaging infrastructure that connects users across partner dating sites operated under the same network.

1.7. “Partner” refers to an affiliate or site participating in the Dating Pro Network.

1.8. “Partner Page” refers to a Partner’s web pages or websites that utilize the shared Network database and operate in conjunction with the Company.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2.1. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

2.2. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue using the Site and cancel your account.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY

3.1. Monitoring and Advertising
We may use third-party advertising companies to display ads. These companies may collect information about your interests to deliver targeted advertising.
The Company reserves the right (but is not obligated) to monitor all content posted on the Site for compliance with our guidelines.

3.2. Service Availability

4.5. Interaction within the Dating Pro Network

By creating an account, you consent to have certain non-confidential profile information (e.g., name, nickname, age, photos, interests) shared across the Dating Pro Network and Partner Pages to enhance matchmaking.

Your encrypted login data will only be used for identity verification. You also consent to receive messages from other users within the Network.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. The Company does not conduct background checks, verify identities, or guarantee user authenticity.

Disclaimer: The Company is not liable for any damages, physical or emotional, resulting from interactions or meetings with other users. Always use caution when sharing information or meeting others in person. Do not share financial information with other users.

4.6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your profile and associated data will be removed from gocupido.com, the Dating Pro Network, and Partner Pages.

4.7. External Links

The Site may contain third-party links (“External Links”). The Company is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or reliability. Use of External Links is at your own risk.

4.8. Legal Disclosure

The Company may disclose user information if required by law, court order, or to:

  • Comply with legal obligations;

  • Protect the rights or property of the Company or others;

  • Prevent or investigate potential wrongdoing;

  • Protect personal safety in cases of threat or harm.

5. MEMBERSHIPS, PAYMENTS, AND VIRTUAL GIFTS

5.1. Membership Fees
Users may access free and paid features on GoCupido.com. Paid memberships grant additional features, which may include visibility boosts, unlimited messaging, or premium filters.

5.2. Virtual Gifts
Users may purchase and send digital gifts to other members. All payments for virtual gifts are final and non-refundable.

5.3. Payments
All payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize the Company to charge your account for the selected services.

5.4. Price Changes
The Company reserves the right to change membership or gift pricing with prior notice. Continued use of paid services after such notice constitutes acceptance of new rates.

5.5. Refund Policy
All payments, including memberships and gifts, are non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS

If you believe any content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@gocupido.com including:

  • Your contact details and signature;

  • Description of the copyrighted work;

  • The URL or location of the infringing material;

  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized;

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the provided information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate your account without notice for violations of these Terms.

To delete your account, log in to your profile settings and select “Delete Account Permanently”, or contact info@gocupido.com.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement shall immediately cease.

8. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the Site or Services.

You agree to hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Service, communications with other users, or interactions both online and offline.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in the United States.
